Also, within walking distance of busy 41st Street with it's many stores & restaurants. Our unit has a fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, & eat-in breakfast area. We've also remodelled bathrooms, living & dining areas. New hurricane-impact windows & all new stone-look porcelain tile floors have been installed. Enjoy leisurely walks, or jogging, on the famous Board walk, just behind our building. The heated pool is on the roof of our building. Our condo is also our vacation home-not the typical rental unit!
