The role of the ANM inthe ER is to be the responsible individual, working closely with Nurse Managers/Director, for the daily functioning of the unit. The ANM will determine unit needs, direct nursing staff and ensure adequate and quality care is being given to all patients.
Schedule includes every other holiday and occasional weekends.
Registered Nurse. BSN Preferred
Minimum of 3 years as a RN inthe ER Nursing and 1 year experience as a charge Nurse
National certification in specialty area preferred or actively pursuing certification
BCLS/ ACLS/ PALS/ CPI
