New Miami based Sales Director opportunity with a company that distributes professional hair care. This position is now available as part of the company’s continuing growth
Responsibilities include - Identify business development opportunities and draft comprehensive recommendations and proposal - Develop divisional sales team, provide training, and utilize periodic reviews - Manage initiatives in the Division with target accounts and direct major projects with key clients - Proposal preparation, customer presentations, contract development and negotiation - Coach sales team, effectively schedule, and organize tasks, functions to yield maximum sales results - Frequent communication with Executive Management to forecast tracking and general business trends - Sell products using interpersonal skills and knowledge to develop long-term collaborative relationships Skills and Abilities- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Documented track record for securing new business - Strong negotiation skills - Proven abilities managing new account roll-outs - Manage overall sales process - Develop account specific strategies and implement actions required for success - Demonstrate team-selling skills, leadership, and problem solving - Multi-task and maintain a heavy workload - American mother thong and fluency in French5 years of beauty industry or related consumer product sales experience is requiredWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
