Italian Customer Service Rep Job Description:
Our client, located in the Doral area, is looking for entry level Italian speaking customer service representatives for a call center. The representative will be taking inbound calls and may generate outbound calls or combination of both. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Requirements:
*High School Diploma or GED required
*Customer Service related experience

Skills:
*Must posses a clear speaking voice and strong verbal communication skills
*Ability to multi-task and make decisions quickly based on customer's needs
*Ability to handle difficult calls in a professional manner
*Basic PC skills in a Windows environment

Additional Information:
* Candidates MUST be fluent in a language below:
Italian

*MUST be able to pass background and credit check
*MUST have flexible/open hours
