Title: Director of Ambulatory Surgery Center, MASC South Miami, Full Time 8:30a-5p
Location: Miami

Sets the overall vision and objectives for all areas of responsibilities. Responsible for leadership development, resource allocation and marketing strategies of all areas of responsibility. Areas of responsibility include the freestanding ASC: MASC at South Miami, comprised of 33 FTEs, 16 physician investors, and more than 100 medical staff members.
Master's Degree in Business or Health related field required. Minimum of five years of experience in a leadership position at a hospital or health system. Strong planning, financial and communication skills required. Ability to effectively work with physician investors in a joint venture arrangement. Competencies required: Dealing with ambiguity, political and interpersonal savvy, business acumen, and drive for results. Previous experience in ambulatory surgery or management of outpatient services strongly desired.
