Newport Property Ventures, Ltd., a dynamic and growing Property Management company, is searching for an energetic, career-oriented Director of Training to ensure our team members are super-star performers. This is a full-time position with travel required.

Responsibilities

Assess training needs based on help requests from employees and direction from management
Create, formalize and implement training programs based on those needs
Conduct new-hire and ongoing training programs for all NPV employees

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Superior aptitude for learning and mastering any software
Ability to motivate and lead employees through training sessions
Proficiency with Yardi required - Yardi "expert" preferred
Property Management industry experience required
