Provides professional internal consulting that creates measurable performance solutions and long:term growth and development for all Bupa employees. Manages performance and productivity of the Sr. Organizational Development Specialist and Talent Acquisition Manager. Oversees the instructional design process including but not limited to needs assessment, design, development, delivery and evaluation. Provides leadership and direction for recruiting, performance and talent management, leadership development and organizational effectiveness. Responsible for coordinating and directing employee relations programs and functions.
Accountabilities and Activities:
Consults with management to conduct training and development needs analysis that identifies what knowledge and skills are needed to perform at or above established guidelines and service goals.
Manages recruitment and training staff by creating defined goals and holding individuals accountable for results.
Responsible for creating and deploying talent acquisition strategies to strengthen the organization's capabilities and ensure it has the talent to meet current and future growth objectives.
Responsible for managing the employee relations activities according to established guidelines and sound administrative practices.
Developseffective working relationships with department heads and area managers, listening to their needs and communicating how the department can best meet their training needs. Assists team members in creating individual development plans in support of business objectives.
Develops learning and leadership development programs that support and link to the achievement of the organizations growth strategy.
Engage senior leaders to gain alignment, engagement and support of leadership development initiatives.
Coordination of succession plans and development of strategic talent pool members.
Manages performance management processes and determines employee training needs by using assessment questionnaires, constructing interviews, conducting surveys, and consulting with team leaders and members.
Designs and implements customer service and service management curricula, including employee:level training and tools/programs for customer service management.
Creates programs specifically suited for departments and develops curricula for on:site, off:site and E:learning programs that assure company training and management objective are met.
