Objective

Performs assigned jobs related to storing, retrieving and shipping of parts from specific locations in the warehouse area. Obtains merchandise from warehouse shelves to fill orders, carefully verifies information and identifies locations where parts are to be placed.

Major Duties &Responsibilities
* Lifts and carries cartons weighing up to 50 lbs and manages cartons in excess of 50 lbs utilizing available safety tools.
* Places parts in proper location after identifying and verifying part numbers.
* Uses a utility cart, identifies cartons by part number, uses a computer or laptop, cart, cycle counts product, hand scanner and PC.
* Picks and files orders using a laptop computer, if applicable
* Receives parts and disburses them to proper bins
* Matches paperwork to boxes and prepares billing labels for appropriate freight forwarder.
* Performs other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
