- Send Certificate of Insurance, Permit Letters, Key Release, Construction Applications, Minutes of Meetings, etc as requested.
- Dailey pick up of drop box, pick up of GVP mail box, Distribute checks and mail to CPM, FER, & Management Office, date stamp all incoming mail
- Assign and reassign parking spaces for new residents, update log book and give copy to Front Desk, Issue and renew K-lot parking permits
- File Workman Compensation Insurance claim over the phone for an injured employee, Follow-up calls to the insurance to verify that employee return to work
