Recruiting Coordinator/Candidate Screener - Miami

Adecco Group has an immediate opening for a Recruiting Coordinator/Candidate Screener on a 10+ month opportunity with a Fortune 100 company in Miami,Fl.

Pay rate: 17: 25

Responsibilities:
Perform pre:screens and in:depth interviews
Communicate with candidates regarding specific openings
Communicate with employees regarding the status of referrals
Schedule candidate interviews and book candidate travel
Facilitate candidate coordination and on:boarding
Manage processes and candidate status updates within an applicant tracking system
Builds working relationships with members of the Experienced Recruiting team, partners, staff, EAs and HR colleagues
Plan and participate in recruiting meetings and events
Respond to routine recruiting:related questions from partners, staff, candidates, and new hires
Share best practices and creates consistency with peers
Screen and assess potential contacts and candidates when appropriate


Requirements:
2+ years Recruiting Coordinator/Onboarding experience. Experience with candidate tracking systems.
Knowledge of OFCCP and EEOC guidelines as they relate to hiring practices
Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS)
