Title: RN - Behavioral Health - In-Take: Full Time

Works cooperatively with the medical staff families and other hospital departments to plan and implement patient care.
Manage downtime by providing support/coverage for floor staff.
Receives patient report from designated staff prior to conducting interview or assessment.
Provides report to staff following assessment of interventions as situations require.
Colaborate with physicians with regards to disposition of patient after interview and assessment.
Functions as an active team member in the management of aggressive patients and/or visitors.
Other responsibilities as assigned.

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold a current license in the state of florida or are eligible (requires confirmation from the State Board) for licensure. A BSN is preferred. Must have a current BLS card. CPI
Experienced Psych nurse preferred.
