SAP HR Payroll Consultant
The SAP HR Payroll Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables; particularly in the SAP HR Payroll Module. This includes implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing SAP HR applications. The consultant will configure SAP Payroll as well as assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout and post:implementation support of large:scale SAP HR application solutions. The consultant will also be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development and performance measurement. He/she will provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships within context of individual role. Position requires 100 travel
This individual will develop and maintain the configuration and functional design documents and support role based profile changes. The individual is expected to perform all tasks in the development cycle, starting from business process definition, to configuration and unit testing, assistance and follow:up with user testing, to co:ordination of transports to Production, to training and post:live support and fixes, etc.
This role assists clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions. They use in:depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.

* High School Diploma/GED
* At least 2 years experience in SAP
* At least 2 years experience in SAP HR
* At least 2 years experience in SAP Payroll
* At least 2 years experience in SAP Cosulting w/ Large Scale Companies
* Readiness to travel 50 travel annually
* English: Fluent
* Bachelors Degree
As the majority of our work is performed at client sites with significant travel required, applicants must live near major metropolitan airports.
